WHO IS INVOLVED

Summer 2019 will be the fifth installation of le Gout. It has been taught as a summer session through the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island as well as a exploratory summer class for 1-5 Design Lab in Seoul, South Korea. This year, Gabriel Feld, distinguished Professor of Architecture at RISD and award-winning practicing architect and master printmaker will be teaching the architecture component of the class. Hermance des Roberts, distinguished printmaker and graphic designer is teaching the printmaking portion of the class. Margaux Van Houtte, a designer and educator with a Masters in Architecture from RISD is the acting director and will be teaching the writing and portfolio development component. Additional workshops may include recipe writing, photography, and cooking.
